All of the links in social posts will open the your website to the product advertised with one
exception. That exception is if the product is not in the database and this only for less than
5% of posts for distributors who have a Distributor Central website. For these rare
occurrences, your home page will open.
Excluding the exception above for distributors who have a Distributor Central website, all
links will open your website to the advertised product. If your website opens to a page that
says “Product not found”, then a restriction has been made to limit the suppliers whose
products will be displayed in your website. You must make sure that all of the supplier

Publishing to LinkedIn personal and X pages require for us to have your login credentials.
When the login credentials change, such as a new password, we lose our ability to publish to
these pages. Please call us at (650) 966-7810 x2 to provide the new login credentials.
Email Marketing
The email campaigns are being sent from ActiveCampaign. If you have not authenticated
your ActiveCampaign domain, then the emails will be sent from something like this:
abcpromos.activehosted.com@s17.avl3.acemsrvc.com on behalf of John Smith <john@abcpromos.com>.
This happens when the ActiveCampaign account has not been authenticated. To authenticate your
domain, please follow the instructions on the RESOURCE PAGE in the “Email Marketing Initial
Setup” instructions or call us at (650) 966-7810 x2

When you first subscribed to our email campaign service, we created an ActiveCampaign
account on your behalf. You can use this form to enter a small number of contacts. We
originally sent you the link to this form. It usually is https://your-company-name-with-no-
spaces.activehosted.com/f/1, such as https://abcpromos.activehosted.com/f/1
